On Holy Saturday there is always a need to have parishioners who will help decorate with the Easter memorial plants and keep them watered during the Easter Season
During Advent - Coordinating the Christmas Poinsettia memorial plants. This means selling them or gathering a team, to help sell, after each mass for one or possibly two weekends, arranging for pickup from Bells Nursery, placing the memorial or in honor of label on each one. Helping place them, if you are able and keeping them watered during the Christmas season, then disposing of them. You can gather a team to do any or all of this.
Liturgical Receptions : Volunteers are needed to plan, coordinate, prepare and arrange food, host and cleanup for a variety of events including receptions following First Communion, Confirmation, and the Easter Vigil.
Duties vary according to the event.
